300 ml whey, warm
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
30 g butter
7 g dry yeast (or 30 g fresh)
500-550 g A/P flour
Heat the whey (it should be warm, not hot). Add sugar, yeast and 150 g flour.
Give a stir and set aside.
When the yeast mixture rises, add butter and salt. Mix.
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
Put it in a warm place for 1-2 hr. The dough should doubled in size.
Grease the mold and transfer the dough. Give it a desirable shape for your future bread. With a knife make slashes.
Let the dough rise a little bit.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for 35–40 minutes.
