Warm Mushroom and Leek Salad


300 gr mushrooms, sliced

1 glove garlic, crushed

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1 leek, sliced

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

2 Lebanese cucumbers, chopped

1 sweet bell pepper, chopped

bunch of olives

¼ cup olive oil

½ lemon, juiced





Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and fry until fragrant. Remove the garlic.

On the same pan, fry mushrooms about 5 min.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine ¼ cup olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Add to the bowl and toss.

Put warm mushrooms and garlic on the top of the salad.
