10 chicken wings and /or drumsticks
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil for marinate
In a bowl, mix together the chicken, salt, pepper flakes and olive oil by hand. Refrigerate coated chicken for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
Now add enough water to cover the bottom of the saucepan. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 45 min with a lid on. Check for water and add if needed. It always should cover the bottom.
It is ready when no blood and fat are left and the sauce thicken.
