Raisin Fruitcake

160g A/P flour tsp 2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
100gr. butter
120g sugar
120 g raisins

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together butter with sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, each one thoroughly beaten in before the next is added.
Add raisins and mix everything well.
Pour the dough into slightly greased baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until brown. Let it cool and
