1 cup carrot, shredded
2 cups AP flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cacao
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
Add sifted flour, baking soda and cacao. Mix well.
Stir in carrots.
Pour into prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven (175 C) until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Aprox. 30 min
