4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, cubed
500 g pork, shoulder, cut into bite size pieces
oil for frying
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet. Fry meat cubes in banches until golden brown on medium heat. The meat peaces shouldn’t touh each other while frying. Set aside.
On high-meium, heat 3 tbs oil. Fry potatoes in banches until golden brown. Reserve.
In the same skillet, fry onions until translucent. Add bell pepper and cook for another 5-7 min stirring occasionally.
Now add meat, potato, cubed tomatoes, salt, black pepper and chili flakes. Low heat. Stir carefully, cook with a lid on until potatoes are done.
This amount of pork costs 5-7 bucks in my location, vegetables add 5 bucks, twelve-fifveteen united states dollars for a huge family dinner on 3 persons.
