1 tbsp dry yeast or 10 g fresh
240 ml of warm water
240 g flour
580 g flour
220-240 ml of warm water
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. salt
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the flour, mix thoroughly until smooth, cover
and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The yeast should start to bubble or foam.
Add honey and remaining water to the dissolved yeast, mix thoroughly.
Sift the flour and knead the elastic dough, adding salt at the end.
Knead thoroughly, form a ball and put in a large oiled bowl.
Cover and allow it to rise in a warm place until doubles in size for 1 hour.
Knead the dough and divide into 3 portion.
Form breads, make three to five long lengthwise slashes in each bread and cover. Allow to rise one more time for 40 min.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle the breads with flour and transfer them into the oven.
Bake for 25 minutes.
