1 cup white sugar
1 cup water, for syrup
water for dilute
In a small saucepan, bring to a simmer 1 cup water and sugar. Stir on a low heat until sugar dissolves. Chill the syrup.
Squeeze the lemons to make a juice.
Mix the syrup and lemon juice. Add cold water, about 4-6 cups, to dilute lemon syrup. Check for sugar. Keep refrigerated.
