Fried Cabbage
Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
hot pepper, optional
5-6 cherry tomatos, halved
bunch of parsley, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
Method:
Cook the onion in a non-stick pan over medium heat until translucent. Add hot pepper and cook for about 5 min.
Add cabbage, salt, black pepper. Give a good stir and cook on slow for about 15-20 min, if you prefer it crispy. Add more time for mushy result.
Mix in tomato, parsley, check for salt and pepper and cook another 2-3 min.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
