Fried Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1/2 kg brussels sprouts, halved
chili pepper flakes
salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add oil, wait until it shimmers and add pepper flakes. Stir continuously to avoid burning until fragrant.
Now add brussels. Give it a good stir to cover all sprouts with a chili oil.
On a medium-low heat, let one side fry without stirring for 3-5 min minutes until golden brown. Stir to turn sprouts over, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Season with salt and enjoy!
