Eggplant Chips

Ingredients, 2 servings

1 eggplant, sliced very thinly

a few tablespoons of flour

4 tbsp oil

salt

 

Method

Roll the eggplant slices in flour on both sides. Place in the oven-tray and add 1 drop of oil for each chip. Don’t overdo it with oil!

Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° for about 10 minutes. Then turn the chips to the other side and cook until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with salt flakes and let cool for a few minutes!
