Egg & Milk Free Cookies
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
2.5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/5 cup water
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Combine sifted flour, baking powder and sugar.
Mix honey with vegetable oil. Add into flower mixture. Mix everything with your hands until crumbly.
Add water gradually while mixing until well combined. It shouldn’t be sticky.
Roll out the dough on floured surface until approximately 3-4 mm thick. Cut out shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges begin to turn gold.
Cool before serve.
