Easy Overnight Bread
500 gr. flour
300 ml. cold water
10 gr. fresh yeast or 4 gr. dry
1.5-2 teaspoons of salt
pinch of sugar
Knead not very soft dough from flour, water, yeast, salt and sugar, knead for about 10 minutes. If you take dry yeast, then dilute it in water.
Place the dough in a large floured bowl and cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
Put the cup with the dough for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 250ºC.
Carefully remove the dough from the bowl, do not knead the dough.
Dust the dough with flour and cut it into 3 parts.
Twist each part slightly and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the bread in the oven immediately, do not forget to steam.
To create steam, use spritzer bottle to spray the walls of the oven while baking.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250 °, then reduce the temperature by 200 ° and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
