Delicious Meat Buns
250 gr flour
30 g butter
40 ml warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50 ml warm water
10 g fresh (wet) yeast (4 g dry)
400 g ground meat
1 onion, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp milk
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast with 1 tbsp sugar in warm water. Wait until foam appears.
In a large bowl, slightly beat egg add milk, sugar, salt, butter and yeast.
Add flour; knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rise until it is double in size.
In a large bowl, mix ground meet, egg, milk, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined and let it rest in a fridge for an hour.
Divide dough into 15 equal balls. Roll each out into a disc, 3-4 mm thick.
Put about 1 tbsp of meat mixture in the middle of each disc. Gently pinch edges to seal.
Let rest for 20 min. Brush with egg.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.
