2 cups potato, cooked and mashed
1/2 tsp salt
50 gr butter, melted
100 gr. approx. AP flour (AP = all purpose)
0.5 tsp baking powder
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Turn out onto a floured board and knead to form a soft dough.
Divide in two balls. Roll each ball to a thickness of 0.6 cm. Then cut into 4-6 triangles.
Heat the heavy frying pan. Cook potato cakes 3-4 min on each side or until browned on a medium heat.
