Delicious Cod in the Microwave Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cod fillet

1 fresh leek

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp water

4 tbsp Passata tomato purée

1 tsp olive oil or butter

salt

black pepper

spices you like



Method:

Place cod fillets on microwave casserole dish.

Season each cod fillet with salt, pepper and any spices you desire. Sprinkle with lemon juiceа. Arrange leek’s rings, top with butter or oil. Cover with passata. 

Add water. Cover and place in microwave.

Cook on high for 4-5 min.
