A/P flour-300 gr
hot water – 250 ml
half a teaspoon salt
vegetable oil-100 ml
½ head green cabbage, chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil for frying
To make the filling heat a large skillet on the medium -low heat, add oil and cabbage. Cook 15 min, add tomato, salt, pepper and cook another 10-15 min.
To make a dough place hot water and oil in a saucepan and heat. When the water is starting to boil, set aside.
Sift flour and salt. Pour boiling water to the flour and stir with a spoon first, and then, when the dough has cooled more or less, continue kneading with your hands. Knead the dough until elastic and soft.
Divide the dough into 10 balls and roll out each ball into a circle.
Put a filling on the edge of the dough, bend the edges and roll it.
Grease with whipped yolk mixed with a tablespoon of milk
Bake in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, until golden brown, about 30 min.
