2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 onions, quartered
2 carrots, quartered
Preheat oven 200ºC.
Puncture the skin of chorizos in several places with a fork.
Arrange all ingredients on the tray or baking sheet in a single layer.
Place in the oven. Bake until sausages are golden, about 20 min.
Remove chorizos and slice in rounds. Arrange the slices between vegetables. Bake another 20 min or until vegetables are roasted.
