Chocolate Fondant

150 g chocolate, 70-90% cocoa
50 g butter, cubed
2 eggs
50 g sugar
30-40 g flour

Break the chocolate into pieces. Add butter.
Dissolve in microwave or using bain marie.
Set aside to cool.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add butter and chocolate mixture.
Add flour.
Stir gently to mix.
Sprinkle the ramekins with cocoa or flour.
Divide batter among prepared ramekins, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes into preheated oven, 180 C.
Serve warm.
