BLONDIES are White Chocolate Brownies

100 gr white chocolate, cubed
100 gr butter, cubed
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
100 gr flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Melt chocolate using a water bath (bain marie).
Stir in butter cubes and stir well until butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Beat eggs with sugar. Mix in the chocolate mixture.
Whisk in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until well combined.
Spread the batter into lightly greased baking pan.
Bake on 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
Allow to cool until served.
