400 gr, beef liver, slices or strips
2 onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
vegetable or olive oil
In a bowl, mix liver, salt, pepper, garlic and mix well. Let stand for 15 min.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp oil and when hot add the liver and fry constantly stirring until changes the color, apron. 5 min.
Remove liver and fry onion in the same skillet until golden brown.
Add liver, salt and pepper, turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on.
