Apple Cake
Indgredients:
600 gr apples, peeled and cubed
200 ml yogurt
200 gr sugar
2 eggs
100 gr butter, melted
300 gr. flour
12gr baking powder
12gr vanilla sugar
Method:
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add yogurt and butter and beat again.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Combine the flour and yogurt-egg mixture and beat until well combined.
Pour into greased cake pan. Arranged apples on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven, 180C 40-50 min.
Cool in a pan and serve.
